Patient Health Care Facilities and Teaching Services of Hospital
The hospital has increased operating teaching beds to 650 including 60 intensive care beds, [10 intensive care beds each] in different broad specialities total units to 26 in the year 2022-23.
The number of seats in MD/MS program has increased for 15 to 28 in the year 2023 with permission of Statutory Council.
Clinical patient care and teaching facilities available are as given below:
- New well equipped 30 bedded emergency department with ICU beds, Red Zone Beds, and Yellow Zone with facilities of emergency operation theatre, labour room, and X-ray facilities
- 14 Operation theatres [9 for Major Surgery and 5 for Minor Surgery]
- 3 labour rooms
- Blood bank with facilities of whole blood and blood components separation with valid license
- ECG and stress test services
- Pulmonary function test facilities
- ART center under national health program
- Facilities for histopathology, hematology and cytology investigation
- Fully automated and semi auto biochemistry analyzer for biochemical investigations
- Electrophoresis unit and electrolyte analyzer
- Molecular Lab approved by NABL
- Audiometry and speech therapy services
- X-rays facilities comprises of 600 mA, 300 mA, 100 mA and 60 mA X-ray units.
- Facilities for ultrasound, Echocardiography, CT scan, MRI
- 10 bedded Dialysis unit
- Well equipped Facilities of physiotherapy & rehabilitation
- Cath lab is installed in the year 2022-23 and functional.
